Manufacturing Performance Solutions Ltd is a company started by the owner, Michael Henry, in 2021.

Having started his career working hands-on on the shopfloor, together whilst attending multiple training institutions, He qualified as a Production Technologist and Quality Management specialist, focussing on Implementation of a variety of Quality and engineering management system Solutions within the automotive, engineering and general manufacturing environments.

Michael gained his experience in Automotive, Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Defence and Mining sectors whilst performing activities in Engineering design, testing, CNC machining, Pressure Equipment, Forming and Forging, Thermal Coatings and surface technology, Textiles, Information Systems, Technology and Training industries, 

Having dealt with with high-volume and low-volume manufacturing companies, that assembled both standard and bespoke products, Michael gained a broad understanding of engineering principles and where to spot the potential losses that are intrinsic in process systems. 

He served in multi-level capacities up to Directorship level and had an unconventional way of thinking which has served his career well in driving change, seeking out solutions and achieving the best for the organisations that he worked worked with.

After 20 years of experience in multiple Manufacturing environments and industries, he realised the one thing that continuously plagued all sectors in all industries, was the lack of proper Integrated management systems.

Many companies don’t connect these dots effectively and as a result suffer the consequences of inefficiency and ineffectiveness of resources, oftentimes resulting in an overly complicated or cumbersome method of workflow. 

With this in mind, Manufacturing Performance Solutions Ltd was born.

Our mission is to work as a proactive assistance and quality of thought generator by focusing on continual improvement.

Our Purpose is to offer our customers world-class service to achieve their management objectives and goals by offering our hands-on resources through Consulting, Auditing, Part Supplying and Inspection services. 

Code of Conduct

Manufacturing Performance solutions works in a strict and professional manner.  As we are formally recognised as professsional members the the Chartered Quality Institute, we must uphold the highest ethical standards and integrity in exercising our professional duties or other activities which might impact on our reputation of the profession and that of the CQI.

To demonstrate adherence to this code Manufacturing Performance Solutions shall: 

1.1. Act ethically with due skill and diligence and with proper regard for professional standards

1.2. Undertake appropriate continuing professional development and record it in an appropriate manner 

1.3. Ensure that any stakeholders who may be affected by their activities are not misled or ill-informed regarding their level of competence to successfully discharge their responsibilities 

1.4. Accept responsibility and accountability for their own professional actions and decisions 

1.5. Always act in a way which supports and upholds the reputation of the Quality profession 

1.6. Work to ensure that the credibility and reputation of the CQI and all its stakeholders is protected 

1.7. Always act honestly in all matters relating to the Institute 

1.8. Always co-operate fully with CQI’s rules, policies and processes (including investigation and resolution of any alleged or actual breaches) of this code of conduct

1.9. Demonstrate sensitivity for the customs, working practices, culture and personal beliefs of others

1.10. Inform the CQI if you have grounds for believing that another member or volunteer is in breach of this code of conduct.
